നിരവധിയായ പനങ്ങാങ്ങര നിവാസികളുടെ ആഗ്രഹത്തിന്റെയും ശ്രമത്തിന്റെയും ഫലമായി 1978ൽ ആണ് യുവധാര കലാ സാംസ്കാരിക സമിതി പനങ്ങാങ്ങരക്ക് രൂപം കൊണ്ടത്. അന്ന് മുതൽ ഇന്നു വരെ വിവിധ മേഖലകളിൽ സേവനം നൽകുവാനും മത്സര-മത്സരേതര പരിപാടികളിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാനും ക്ലബ്ബിനു കഴിഞ്ഞു.
